This guy needed to be put in his place because he was mouthy. The mistresses needed to make sure that he learned his lesson. The mistresses cruelly used their feet to trample his face and make him feel a lot of pain. The mistresses enjoyed torturing him and making sure that he learned that he was never supposed to be mouthy. He learned his lesson and he promised never to be mouthy.
